Booking & Deposit Policy
To reserve your trip dates, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to submit the remaining balance may result in forfeiture of reserved dates.
If cancellation is necessary, deposits may be transferred to alternate dates based on availability.

BBFC is not responsible for any affect that cancelled or delayed flights may have on your travel plans and/or your stay with us. We highly suggest you consider travel insurance for your trip.
BBFC is not responsible for accident or injury to any guest, during an activity at camp, on the river, or in any transportation.
BBFC is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal property of campers.
